    I have been working at YER full-time

    Pros

    It's an output driven performance management structure. Meaning you will get a lot of freedom and room for creativity to run your own business unit.

    Cons

    You have to like the recruitment industry and the challenges it comes with. Otherwise it's not for you because that's all YER does.

    Advice to Management

    Keep growing.

    veel drive, ambitie, gezelligheid onderling, weinig controle, veel vrijheid (én eigen verantwoordelijkheid), ruimte voor initiatief

    Er is geen pensioenregeling georganiseerd voor werknemers

    als volwaardig marktleider moet je persioen geregeld hebben voor je werknemer, pak het een keer aan!
