Pros

There are literally no pros according to me, but few employees would say that this company has a good learning curve. I personally feel that is just because there is no one to help you with the learning and you got to learn everything on your own otherwise they would thrash you down.

Cons

1. High attrition rate, this is because no one in this company treats you like a colleague but rather as laborers. 2. Senseless job titles and job descriptions, these titles and descriptions have no meaning to them. Most of the work is that of a clerk or someone who can enter numbers in excel. 3. Micromanagement, there is so much micromanagement at the senior level, senior people gangs up on the freshers and try to monitor every single detail including their work as well as personal life, especially the CEO (who should have better work at hands). 4. 0 work-life balance, freshers are expected to work until late at night sometimes even till the morning, and also on the weekends without any appreciation or incentive for the extra work. On top of it, senior management shows off how much they work (14-16 hrs/day) and mentions that they expect the same from others. 5. No appreciation or incentives at all, most of the companies give 2 weeks stay for relocating but this company didn't give any stay, didn't even care to help with finding a stay, especially for the people new to the city. No bonuses, no parties, no gatherings, no team activities. 5. Discrimination in pay, even though every fresher here is paid very very low but there is also discrimination in pay and salary structure. They pay different salaries to people in the same position with the same title and working on the same projects and using the same skills. 6. No basic trust, you will be asked to be on a gmeet link with your cam on when you are working from home ( that is if you get to work from home), which is just another example of micromanaging employees by the senior management. 7. Employees are made to feel bad about taking leaves for their events, they are asked the reason for their leaves, and then it is categorized in their levels of importance and urgency. If they find your reason to be urgent according to them, then you will get leave otherwise not. 8. No empathy towards sick employees, people ain't given wfh when they are sick but asked to take leaves even when they don't have leaves in their account. They say, "Why didn't you tell your manager before?" when asked for urgent sick leave (as if sickness comes knocking at your door). 9. People were encouraged to come to the office even amidst the Omnicron outbreak despite having positive employees, without taking any responsibility for the positive employees or those at risk. Positive employees were made to work during their quarantine. 10. They have around 60 seater office which is also shared by another company. There is no professionalism, there was so much chaos during meetings and it felt suffocating. 11. Colleagues are forced to sit away from their friends, every small break or outing is tracked and pointed out during company meetings. 12. CEO and other senior management people keep boasting about how important their time is and how we are wasting their time which is costing them $1000/hr. They thrash you, they look down upon you, they make you feel small and bad, they even call you "dumb" or "stupid" and keep showing off their company's one-time achievement. 13. There is no on-site HR, there is only one HR who is so unresponsive, that she won't reply to your texts for days and even if she did that means she found your issue to be worthy for her time. HRs are supposed to be neutral parties to maintain a good healthy work environment, but this company's HR felt more like the personal spokesperson of the CEO and the company. Issues of employees were given no ear. 14. Senior management will keep on assigning you irrelevant work, they won't teach you how to do it but will expect you to do it within a given deadline and with utmost perfection and if you don't do it, you will be bashed (and these people sing about being available all the time and supportive).

We are unhappy to know that you found us unprofessional and would rather appreciate hearing specific concerns so we can understand your statement better. There are instances where work life balance is lopsided during seasonal campaigns - most of our employees have high tenures who always notice this seasonality and understand the need to contribute during such periods. Whatsapp has been selected unanimously for critical communications and quick turnarounds. Please do send us a mail at hr@yoptima.com to discuss the specifics, we would love to talk to you.

Pros

There are no pros in working here

Cons

Terrible management, no work-life balance. They expect a lot from you but don't appreciate a single thing you do. Management does not know how to talk properly and constantly demeans employees. Horrible work culture.
