      Bad leadership. Micromanaging and tracking every second of my day, which made for a toxic work environment.

      Pros

      They have great medical benefits. The work itself is really chill if you have no problem working with samples and repetitive work.

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility. it is hard to get a straight answer on anything. Policies change on a whim and never communicated, this causes lots of confusion an inconsistency.
