Pros

The Employees are so friendly and helps you whenever you need them. Also the one star I gave is because of the friendliness of the employee. (I have been here for 6 months and I am still per quota. Also some people were working there for a year and didn't even get to be on per hour basis workpay).

Cons

So many Cons I could have given them 0 stars if it was possible. 1. They will force you to go overtime whether you like it or not. During seasonal workload you will be working for 10-14 hrs for 6 times in a week and you will only reach the minimum work pay(depends on a person but for me working more than 8 hrs a day will affect my work performance so that's why I think I can only reach minimum). 2. They expect you to learn everything in 3 training days (350 per day). Imagine a company expecting you to be as good as their employees who had 3 years experience in their line of work. 3. They're trying to save money by converting the work pay of people who gain more in per quota by putting their work pay into per hour basis. 4. The supervisors doesn't look professional to me. One time the supervisor got angry to us because the workload is taking too long. Mind you many employee just massed resigned because they tried to cost cut their salaries and they didn't even bother trying to get them back. So this means the workload that the other employees should be working on got passed to us. Also when the supervisor tried to do some work due to staff shortage they made more error than a new employee does. 5. They don't give any payslip or any kind of summary of your wage. This is totally suspicious for a company that has been working 7 years already. For a per quota this is a huge issue because a person that's getting paid per keystrokes he/she made should have the right to verify his/her earnings. 6. Overall just don't even try to get a job here go find better ones. Also they changed their name into CTI.ZM Data Conversion but it is still the same company and same admins so nothing really changed.
