      Great Job but there's always room for improvement

      Pros

      Great pay, great environment, great people to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      Not a good long term job since Ai is taking over so many job and they outsourced alot of remote work ojt of the country. Job security in remote area just isn't long lasting. To move up, you have to move into field work.

      Support from fellow peers. Great equipment and tools provided. Pay can be good.

      Cons

      If you enjoy being micromanaged, have unrealistic expectations thrust upon you, being falsely accused, dealing with a presumptous, condescending team lead, thenthis is the place for you. It used to be a great company, seen many people come and go, good knowledgeable people. They took away 401 k without mentioning it.
