      A 200 year old company that has managed to continue to evolve and stay relevant. There is a reason this company's average employee tenure is 15 years+...they treat their employees well and foster career growth while looking to improve.

      It's a niche industry and there can be some bias about hiring outside of the office space design and furniture industry.
