    Found the perfect job thanks to Marie at ecommquest. She was very helpful and always available had I any question on the hiring process.

    Pros

    Management really knows the industry and process of recruiting. They push you to succeed while expecting you to treat all candidates professionally and look to maintain long term relationships with clients and job seekers.

    Cons

    Office can be loud with phone calls, hard to focus sometimes.

    Pros

    Small environment offering flexibility, great clients, and great people to work for.

    Cons

    Smaller base of clients served but that's totally offset by the volume that they do within the company's that they service.

    Recruiter was very professional and nice..

    Cons

    This company does not pay their contractors according to terms. STAY AWAY unless you want to work for free!

    Pros

    The business process for contractors is a breeze. I was paid on time and they have direct deposit for contractors. Technology was used to make time reporting easy and effortless. I could tell they had done this many times before. The back office staff was very attentive; I got calls several times checking to make sure my time was reported properly so I wouldn't be under paid. eCommQuest has relationships with all major integrators so there are lots of projects available.

    Cons

    Not enough effort was made to find a new assignment when my current one was over.
