I worked at eCommQuest (More than a year)

    Pros

Small environment offering flexibility, great clients, and great people to work for.

    Cons

Smaller base of clients served but that's totally offset by the volume that they do within the company's that they service.

I worked at eCommQuest as a contractor

    Pros

None that I can think of after being contacted by them for a job opportunity with their client GardaWorld

    Cons

One of their so called recruiters (I use that term very loosely) sent me on a wild goose chase leading no where. Set up an interview with their client GardaWorld at 8.30am Nov 1st. Drove 90 min to get there. Interviewer was a no show. Left at 8.50. Called the so called recruiter who then told me to see another person instead. Went back to GardaWorld only to find out that the other person was traveling and not even in Florida.

    Advice to Management

Can't help the helpless. If I can give you a - 5 star rating I would

    Pros

The business process for contractors is a breeze. I was paid on time and they have direct deposit for contractors. Technology was used to make time reporting easy and effortless. I could tell they had done this many times before. The back office staff was very attentive; I got calls several times checking to make sure my time was reported properly so I wouldn't be under paid. eCommQuest has relationships with all major integrators so there are lots of projects available.

    Cons

Not enough effort was made to find a new assignment when my current one was over.

    Advice to Management

Explore every avenue for a new assignment after current one is over. Contract or Perm
