Don't expect feedback on your performance. If they don't like something about your work, you don't get a chance to correct it. They let me go because of "lack of experience", when they clearly had seen my resume, and I thought I was learning very quickly. But the most frustrating part - no advice or feedback when I indicated that I would have really appreciated one.

The Management team at india and to an extent influences highly the US management is not professional at all, they follow bad ethics and believe in revenge politics, the interesting thing is they follow the favoritism in the company and most of the employees in the bangalore office are from mangalore region, seems like they find talent connect to the mangalore region only.
