      Pros

      Flexible schedule, ability to work remote, supportive and accessible manager, encouraging, helpful and collaborative teammates, job security, lots of opportunities, not afraid of change and improvement, transparency and honesty, value employee feedback.

      Cons

      None so far; this is a highly organized and put-together company with no internal politics, which is very refreshing in today's job marketplace.

      Pros

      Great work, opportunity to contribute to some great campaigns, experience in dealing with the downside of the advertising business (a necessity in continuing in it).

      Cons

      Senior management is disrespectful, projects psychological issues and has a tendency to change tactics so quickly you'll get whiplash. Fickle.

      Very little overtime. Some very nice people.

      Manipulation. Certain important people lack fundamental knowledge about how to run an agency. Values loyalty and friendship over knowledge and skills.
