If you can tolerate the insultingly low pay, at least the paycheck shows up consistently.
Cons
The demands and projects were crushing because there were only a handful of us expected to handle everything. People come and go so often and too quickly, which is exactly why we were constantly understaffed. We worked ourselves to exhaustion, yet management still refused to grant us a pay raise even after a year!
