Great people and great clients. Talent is abundant in every way and the work is enjoyable.
Cons
No job security. Don't be surprised if a big client drops and you get the boot without warning.

Pros
Hyperquake is a small, but growing company. Full of people who care about others, including both clients and colleagues. A very “flat” structure where truly everyone’s door is open to chat with, even remotely. Very understanding of work/life balance.
Cons
Lacking in racial and geographic diversity, but they are aware and working on it.
