Pros

None, it truly is a horrible company.

Cons

If you talk to any previous employee of interviewstream that has left the company in the past 3 years, they will tell you what a waste of precious career time it was. This company is failing, and failing fast. Barely can keep the lights on any more. Yet the only response is to cycle in and out sales people to "fix" the problem. How many times will "sales process" be the answer to the problems? This company has a clueless private equity running the company to the ground, trying to make it a bunch of bones (there's what, 25 people left at the company?) to operate at the cheapest possible cost while their competition is surging past them with innovation, investment, and a response to a rapidly changing market. Their value prop is so weak at this point, and no new business growth and declining retention wreaks of it. Yet let's just keep blaming the sales people or the one developer left. On top of a clueless private equity, there is a clueless leader that's never done this before. Run, run, run away as fast as you can. You will avoid a major blow to your resume.

Don't do it

Pros

There are few: The company had a great culture before they were acquired by a private investment company but that is long gone now

Cons

Out dated product with major stability issues Upset clients that don't get what they sign up for Leadership with no clear vision, changes it's mind and strategy constantly Highly competitive space with new flashy companies with new products. Hire and Fire mentality - the company goes on hiring sprees to try to grow - it doesn't work because there is no clear vision and no investment in the product - then everyone gets fired New CEO was hired in 2020 and fired in less than a year Sales team brought on 10 employees since I started that were all fired

Stay Away - Promise me you’ll stay away

Pros

There are literally no good reasons to consider this organization. This company is one of many offering something similar, all of which should honestly be acquired by larger corporations. However it is extremely unlikely this company would ever be acquired. Their aim is to be the “Toyota Camry” of the digital interview space. Not something you want to hear as an employee

Cons

No transparency or trust between employees and leadership. The only reason this company has a product is seemingly to put their own employees through a digital interview. You will never be happy selling this platform let alone trying to see it successful. Nothing works. The platform is broken. Don’t do it.
