I have been working at ion interactive full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I love working here at ion. We went through an acquisition which made it tough on a lot of people... but we are continuing to grow stronger and push in the right direction every single day. The office culture here is amazing. Everyone gets along with each other and makes working here fun. Can't forget to mention the free food every single day (breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks), work from home policy, full paid benefits, and awesome employees. It's great here!

    Cons

Many people work from home during the week... so sometimes the office can be empty. But we all try and come in as much as we can!

I have been working at ion interactive full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you are considering a career at ion interactive, understand this company no longer exists as it was purchased by Scribble Live. All employees work for the larger company, and ion interactive is a product within their offering. Looking here, you are looking at reviews of a small start-up before they were acquired by a company that has torn apart the morale, laid off amazing and talented workers, and made a lot of businesses decisions that are questionable at best. If you are considering working in the Florida offices, there are some original ion employees left. Many are miserable, a few are hanging on positively, but it's no longer what it was in the past, and you are constantly reminded of the fun, upbeat atmosphere with photos of employees from the past having fun plastered all over the walls. They still get lunches and snacks.

    Cons

Incredibly corrupt management. Little care or concern given to the ion platform itself. I have nothing but cons. The Scribble Live glass door page says it better. Lots of lay offs, lots of long term employees from ion (5-10 year tenures) laid off by Scribble Live - including the entire original engineering team.

I have been working at ion interactive full-time

    Pros

ion has an amazing product and is set to be bigger than ever since acquired by Scribble. The company allows you to create your own path and promotes growth within. Interview process was pretty straight forward, standard phone interviews then in person. Everyone in the company is very approachable, friendly and passionate about ion! If you are looking for a great company culture, this is it!

    Cons

Very little cross training and disorganization from the acquisition. But what acquisition is seamless?

I have been working at ion interactive full-time

    Pros

ion is one of the most successful companies Scribble has purchased and are letting ion run business as usual. With more resources there is a real opportunity to take a company north of $100MM in revenue. All those involved have a huge potential for career growth.

    Cons

Some disorganization as ion integrates into the Scribble suite, but this is common when an acquisition takes place.

I have been working at ion interactive full-time for less than a year

    Pros

LOVE ion, have been here for about 2 years and it's been a great avenue for me to grow and learn from really great coworkers. The Director of Sales has an open door policy and you can go to him for anything. He has been instrumental to my growth at ion. The culture here is absolutely phenomenal. Don't worry about wearing a suit and tie every day, it's very laid back environment. Not to mention in-house happy hours! :) Definitely, recommend ion!!

    Cons

I do not have any cons at this time.
