Thank you for your review and taking the time to provide your feedback. We very much value team feedback and understand the importance of our internal communication channels.
This is the first place I've worked in a long time where it feels like we can really do what we're setting out to do. No big speeches followed by half-baked activity, there's real ambition here and the resources you need to reach the goals we've set.
It feels like everyone on the team here genuinely wants to do a great job and get better, and problems aren't ignored until they're too big to solve anymore- something I've seen in plenty of other jobs. No office politics or clicky dynamics!
Management really want you to be ambitious and keep growing. I came here from an agency job because I wanted to focus on doing excellent work for one business instead of juggling lots of accounts. I've been given the platform to do that and the support to develop my skills.
We're really well looked after in terms of perks, with snacks always available in the kitchen and cool extras like food trucks, a really good Christmas hamper from the company and more wellbeing-focused stuff across the year.
Cons
With ambition comes ambitious targets, so periods of higher pressure aren't uncommon especially around peak times. If you're not up for a bit of stress here and there, you might be disappointed,
Comms aren't perfect and sometimes you have to go hunting for information you need or you end up with conflicting guidance on tasks or projects. It's not out of malice and it's definitely improving, but there's still the odd hiccup in that area
