I am posting on behalf of my wife. She completed her bachelor in CS and got her MBA (a year ago now). She was international but we got married and she has a green card now. She got her MBA due to her not finding a job after bachelors (student visa) and wanted to pursue product management. My question is how can I help her get a job? She feels like she will never get an entry level job anymore. I told her to keep applying but wanted to reach out to see if you have any other tips? Thank you!

To those that have a job with a sabbatical incentive after a certain amount of time, how long is too long to work for one and how does it affect you after you take it? I have heard that most people end up leaving their firm after taking it but wanted to get together some more data points. Any help is greatly advised.

Got an offer from Big 4 firm as SM in tech consulting. Have been at current job for over 12 years and now a director at mid tier firm. With base and bonus, total comp is pretty comparable. If I retire in 6 years, is it even worth starting from scratch at Big 4?
