We've got an announcement: we're becoming an ESOP. By the end of 2021, 10% of AMP will belong to the AMP team... We'll be employee-owned! It's a long journey ahead, but we couldn't be more excited to take it. Watch Amy Lou Abernethy make an emotional announcement at our AMP Summit earlier this year.
We've got big news... Congrats to Lisa Warner on being named AMP Creative's President! Her many years as a beloved AMP leader combined with her passion and business know-how make her a perfect fit. Co-founder Amy Lou Abernethy is staying on as our Creative Director of Learning and Chair of the Board of Directors. She's looking forward to how this change will enable her to bring even greater focus to creating amazing learning experiences.

Our two teams--based in Dallas and Seattle--experienced an unusual moment of weather in sync this week. Our team across the US has been working to juggle power outages, support each other, and come together in this time of crisis. On the plus side, we also spent some time in the beautiful snow. ⛄️ Stay safe and warm out there!
Last month marked our 3-year anniversary since moving out of the Bryan Street building and into our new location on Sanden Drive. It was hard to leave behind a building where we had made so many memories (and practically raised some of the AMP kiddos!), but our new building gave our team the room we needed to grow. Now the AMP family is 40 (!!!) people strong. We're looking forward to when we can safely go into the office again and enjoy each other's company as a team.
As 2020 came to a close, we decided that the new year was a good time to refresh our branding. With that came a new video, demonstrating how much we've learned and grown over the past few years. Our goal? To answer the question, "Who are we now--and what do we create?"
We're hiring! AMP Creative is on the lookout for both an experienced graphic designer and an experienced video editor to join our team. We're a creative agency that designs and builds innovative learning solutions--from VR to remote learning--for some of the world's largest global companies. If you're passionate about creating better workplaces through the power of learning, give us a shout! Learn more about AMP and apply at the link below.
