Meet Treesa Mondal, our Area Manager Sales & Key Accounts Manager, for Middle East & Africa. Treesa is based in Dubai and got to know us through a job advert in a newspaper. “Although I didn’t have an engineering background I applied for a sales engineer position and was hired.” In the beginning, she was the only woman in her area. "For many site meetings, I am the only woman in a room among men. Sometimes it is difficult, but I never let it worry me and I always make sure to leave my client in a happy mood." Since then, she has accepted the challenge and has grown into her current position over thirteen years. What advice do you have for someone looking to join ASSA ABLOY? “I would say to keep exploring new things and take initiatives within the organization and you will be recognized by your work” Let’s create a safer and more open world – together!
