AccessSMT recognizes the health risk COVID-19 presents to workers at job sites, at our locations, and in the community. We have taken steps to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 to our workers through a series of general controls including decreasing onsite personnel through a work-from-home plan for eligible roles, plexi-glass barriers at customer facing sales counters, implemented safe zones with barriers to limit courier movement, installed hand-sanitizing stations at key locations and require workers to sanitize frequently, where practical we have arranged production areas to maintain social distance (6ft/2M), posted signage and social distance stickers, provided our employees with three layer re-usable cloth masks, require a daily COVID-19 health check assessment for employees coming into our locations, and require visitors, couriers and customers to wear a mask prior to entering a worksite or location. We have also, through toolbox talks, on-boarding and management educated our workers on the risks of COVID-19 and the protocols the company has mandated as part of daily work.
