Meet Alexandra Moraru, Senior Software Engineer, Cluj, Romania. How long have you been with Aera and what do you do at our company? I’m a Software Engineer and I’ve been with Aera for 3 years. I mainly work on the Aera Developer part of the application. Before it was called the Skills Workbench, the place where people are building the processes. I also worked on the process run in the beginning and how the process was built, mostly on the backend side. What do you think distinguishes the employee experience at Aera from other companies? With Aera I get to be more involved with the product design, understand how the product is used and get to voice my ideas with the product managers. I’m delighted when my ideas are useful and get applied to the product. This is very rewarding for me. As a diverse and inclusive company, I really think that Aera tries to accommodate all our needs as employees.
