We’re excited to announce the launch of our newest employee network: the Families Network 🎉 This network is designed to support the diverse needs of parents, carers, and anyone balancing work with caring responsibilities—whether for a child, partner, relative, or friend. The Families Network also offers a welcoming space to share experiences, exchange tips, and support one another. Serving as an informal forum to discuss challenges, this network also importantly contributes to policy development, and helps shape best practices across our organisation. To celebrate the launch, we’re pleased to invite staff members to join a networking session, where they can find out more information about the network, hear from the network members, meet new colleagues and exchange experiences.
