Last week, several members of our team showed off their green thumbs and participated in GrowNYC's charity event to help build and refurbish community gardens in the city. Founded in 1970, GrowNYC is a local nonprofit focusing on improving the quality of life within the city. Thank you to everyone who got involved and for giving back to the community!

We are proud to support Covenant House New Jersey, a non-profit offering a range of critical services and care to New Jersey's youth. More than 60 Alger employees participated in the Return to Office Fitness Challenge to help raise money for this important cause! Here are some of the highlights from the challenge: Stacia Ikpe, CFA, CAIA, had the highest total step count at over 76,000. Ben Reynolds, CFA, completed the 10-mile bike ride challenge in 20:47. Christian Yeager clocked in at 23:17 for his 5K run. Congratulations and thank you to everyone who participated!
