Alpine's national sales team joined us in Detroit, MI for our Annual Sales Summit! Our team members took part in sales meetings and a dinner event to celebrate their success over the past year.
Alpine had a successful Operations Summit with all of our National Motive Power Service Managers. After a couple days of extremely productive meetings our service managers joined together to present the trophy to the winner of the Alpine sponsored race at Louisville’s famous Churchill Downs race track.
Alpine had another successful National Operations Manager Summit for our Critical Power, Telecom, and Cable Divisions. Our operations managers joined us in sunny, Fort Lauderdale, Florida for this year’s meetings. Our team members participated in all-day meetings and then were taken on a boat tour to celebrate their hard work and success over this past year.
Alpine's Operations Team recently donated essential supplies to victims impacted by Hurricane Ida. Alpine worked with The American Legion (A U.S. Veteran Non-profit) to distribute the supplies to those in need. #HurricaneIda #HurricaneRelief
Alpine had a successful Appreciation Event at Topgolf for our Detroit Office's Critical Power Service Team! This group has done a phenomenal job in supporting our customers throughout the pandemic. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
Alpine recently completed an emergency power plant replacement at a 5G cell site in Downtown Chicago, for one of the world’s largest telecom providers. In addition to completing the installation, Alpine successfully oversaw and managed the entire project, utilizing a group of 30 team members. A helicopter and crane were needed to airlift the replacement equipment to the outdoor cell site, that sat atop of a 26-story residential building. To complete the airlift, Alpine had to coordinate with multiple residential buildings and schools within in the area. Alpine also worked with the City of Chicago to obtain permits and Chicago Police Department to set up roadblocks, keeping any through traffic from coming within the designated area. The scope of the replacement included the installation of a new Vertiv power cabinet equipped with (10) rectifiers, (12) EnerSys SBS XL batteries, and (3) Raycap Outdoor Surge Protection Devices.
