“I am an Account Executive here at AnywhereWorks, and I have been with the company since 2015. I started as a temporary agent and moved into a permanent position in July 2016. What initially brought me to AnywhereWorks was my experience spending 10 years working in Corporate America, after which I was looking for an opportunity to work from home so I could spend more time with my family. My journey here began as a Client Experience (CX) Agent, a role I held for about four years. I then transitioned into the Sales Department as a Sales Development Associate and was later promoted to Account Executive. What I love most about working at AnywhereWorks is the level of cooperation and support across the team. Everyone is incredibly helpful and genuinely wants to see others succeed. Some of my favorite memories have been the team meetups, where we were able to connect with coworkers face-to-face and collaborate on giving-back initiatives. Those experiences were truly amazing. "I’ve been with AnywhereWorks since May 2023, and becoming a trainer has been my proudest achievement so far. It was one of my goals from day one, and reaching it has been a humbling and rewarding experience. I started as a CX Associate, later moved into the franchise department, and then became a peer-to-peer coach—a role I really loved because it allowed me to support new agents and help them grow. That experience sparked my passion for training, and I pursued an internship with the Learning & Development team.
