The HR team stepped-up and organised a great Onboarding program, for about 20 new joiners across roles and functions. Our CEO spent almost 2 full days with them, across multiple interactive sessions, to help them understand more about #success, #career, #passion, #purpose #learning We are extremely excited to see their enthusiasm and hunger to learn and do great, to fulfil their dreams. So, it was onboarding week with - Interactive learning sessions - Function specific Training Sessions - Assignments to check and reinforce the learning - Feedback sessions on each Assignment - Celebrating the BEST Participations for each session and assignment. - Superbly well organised joining KIT with pre configured MacBook, email IDs and chocolates etc - And a well organised hospitality at Holiday Inn.
