2023 was a year of milestones here at Automation-X, including the one we're most proud of: becoming an employee-owned company! As we look back on our first year as an ESOP, we are thankful for the experience and excited about our future! Being an employee-owned company, Automation-X employee-owners enjoy stock in the business and additional empowerment opportunities as they own a value-accumulating part of our company. As employee-owners, we have a distinct focus on putting our customers first, intertwining excellence with meeting customer needs at the forefront of all our actions, and collaborating with you and with each other effectively! Thank you not just to our employee-owners, but to all of our customers who helped make this dream come true in 2023! Everything you spend with us is an additional investment in our people. Cheers to year 2 employee-owned! 🎉
Our Shreveport team attended the inaugural Oilfield Helping Hands Haynesville Bustin Clays Shoot this April!
Our team had tons of fun at ISHM 2023!
Justin Hrach and Chloe Barrett, part of Automation-X's Northeast Team, recently got out in the field to help a customer! Going above and beyond, they took a short trip to meet and quote them on some valves and actuators - and got away from the office for a bit, too 😉🙌
At the end of April, our team, consisting of Joseph Fletcher, Cori Gianniny-Engle, SHRM-SCP, and Apryl Carnahan, embarked on a five-day road trip to visit customers, see how our products are being used on sites, and say hello to team members! We're so thankful to the amazing customers we visited during this trip for being kind enough to take us to multiple sites and give us the grand tour. We had so much fun soaking up your knowledge and spending time with y'all! Despite the long driving hours, it was an amazing experience that we would gladly repeat a million times over! (Next time, with more Buc-ee's, Ltd.'s stops 😉)
Last month, our sales and management teams gathered in Pittsburgh to talk through goals and initiatives and to learn about some of our product offerings! As always, it was a blast to see everyone's smiling faces in person! We can't wait to do it again next year! A very special thank you to a few of our partners who joined us 👏 Benjamin Cope from Conspec Controls Inc Brent McAdams from OleumTech Corporation Markus Kammerer and Christopher Irigoyen from AS-Schneider America Duane Draper from PDC LLC (Process Development & Control LLC) Jim Weaver from ABB
Last week, the Automation-X Management Team gathered from across the country in our home base of Fort Collins. While there was a lot of hard work and collaboration across teams throughout the week, there were also plenty of laughs! The team shared a fun night of bonding at ConTRAPtions Escape Rooms where the Tiger's Eye team won by robbing a bank! The Mafia Gallery team, who needed to disarm a bomb, weren't quite as quick. Thank you to our Leadership and Management team for making this conference so successful – we look forward to doing it again!
