CBEM LLC is excited to add Elaine Winkler to its team, as the Regional Director of CIS for Southern California. Elaine joins CBEM after 19 years at her previous employer. She has experience working as a Case Manager, a Program Supervisor, Director, and a Consultant. John received his Master’s in #Psychology from Stanislaus State Meet Stephanie, Chico’s newest Critical Intervention Specialist. She received her #MSW from #Chico State. Meet Melissa, Chico’s newest Assistant Program. Melissa brings over 15 years of #ABA experience to our new Chico office. She previously worked for a local organization for several years in different clinical capacities. Meet Austin, Chico’s newest Critical Intervention Specialist. He is a recent college graduate, receiving his Master’s in #SocialWork from Simmons University, and his undergrad in Psychology from UCLA Department of Psychology. Meet Annie, Chico’s newest Critical Intervention Specialist. Michelle Ramirez and Robyn Bajema joined CBEM as the Critical Intervention Specialists in April 2019 and helped to open our Stockton office earlier this year. Michelle graduated with her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2016. Prior to joining CBEM, Michelle held several supervisory roles for other ABA agencies. Beginning on January 1st, 2020, Michelle will start in her new role as Program Director of the Sacramento Office. Robyn graduated with her Masters of Psychology in 2016. She started her career in Texas, where she was a Licensed therapist. She relocated to California in 2018, where she worked for a couple of non-profit organizations, prior to joining CBEM. Beginning on January 1st, 2020, Robyn will start in her new role as Assistant Program Director of the Stockton Office. Congrats to you both, Michelle and Robyn!!

After weeks of planning, we had another successful Program Director and Assistant Program Director visit to the Lafayette Support Office. We started the day with an ice breaker at the office, then ventured off for a teambuilder at the Lafayette Reservoir, and ended the day with riveting leadership discussion by Ingrid Owen. It was a fun day!
