We're proud to share that, together with our clients and salon teams, we've raised $39,833 in support of Ronald McDonald House Canada. Through our annual fundraising campaign, clients donated $24,833, and Chatters is contributing an additional $15,000, bringing our total donation to $39,833. This contribution will help Ronald McDonald House Canada provide comfort, care, and support to families with critically ill or injured children across the country when they need it most. To our clients, salon teams, and communities—thank you for your support, compassion, and commitment to making a difference. Your contributions help keep families close to the care and resources they need during some of life's most challenging moments.

As the official hairstyling partner, Chatters partnered with Redken to lead backstage hair direction, bringing designers’ creative visions to life through runway-ready looks that elevated every collection. From concept to catwalk, this collaboration showcased the artistry, expertise, and passion of our incredible salon professionals. We’re proud to celebrate the talent within our Chatters team—stylists whose creativity, technical skill, and dedication helped shape the visual identity of this exciting fashion event. Through our Employee Recognition Program, we celebrate these contributions year-round by shining a spotlight on the individuals who bring our values to life across the organization. Each quarter, we recognize five outstanding field team members from our salons across the country, celebrating the ways they support their teams, care for their clients, and lead with impact. We also recognize a Support Centre Employee of the Quarter, whose work behind the scenes helps enable success across our salon network. Since 2016, alongside our incredible clients, we’ve raised over $446,000 in support of RMHC — helping provide nearly 1,800 nights of comfort for families staying close to their children during some of life’s most challenging moments. This year, as we celebrate our 35th anniversary, we’re proud to continue this partnership. Alongside them, our Distribution Centre team ensures products move efficiently from arrival to delivery, helping keep shelves stocked and operations running smoothly.
