Josh Brookins joined Coastal Ridge’s Corporate team as an Associate Attorney in May 2024. Since then, he has played a key role in preparing and organizing legal documents for commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Josh also partners closely with the Investor Relations team to document, close, and manage Coastal Ridge’s real estate funds. We’re grateful for Josh’s contributions and excited for all that’s ahead!
