Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) - Mental Health Therapist- $5,000 Sign-on Incentive Located in Longview, WA Who should apply? • Mental Health Professionals with a Master’s Degree in counseling, social services or closely related field and two (2) years of experience providing direct treatment to the mentally ill. • Professional licensure as a LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A preferred. Salary Range: $ 48,000 - $65,000 annually • $5,000 Sign-on Incentive. $2,500 at start of employment and $2,500 after 6 months of employment with CIHS.
