Since we're working in a hybrid model, many Cymulators start their day with a daily team meeting to discuss statuses. Everyone shows up to the meeting with such unparalleled energy that it gives me the motivation and drive to succeed in the rest of my day. How have you challenged yourself at Cymulate? My first role was Digital Marketing Specialist. Two years after I joined, I became a manager in the department and now lead a team of 4 talented digital marketers. When I recently decided that I wanted to pivot my role and join the Product team, I was only met with support and encouragement.
