Hot inside, not so much outside! The annual Datacolor chili cook-off competition was held at our office in Lawrenceville, NJ and was a blast! Employees were given a chance to taste and vote for their favorite chili created by their peers. Congratulations to the winners and thank you to all the participants for treating us to a sampling for some delicious chilli recipes on a cold afternoon.
One of the perks of working in a multinational company is our many annual celebrations. For example, in the US last year, we got into the holiday spirit with an annual lunch hosted by the site committee in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Then a few weeks later, the winter celebrations continued in China as the team started the year with a grand annual dinner at our Suzhou office. I hope you enjoy the pictures and have a great 2019!
Our colleagues in Gent recently participated in a Warmathon (running or walking challenge) organized by a popular radio station in Belgium to collect money for a social cause. The event was a big success, with more than 10,000 participants running or walking and covering a distance of 2.9 Kilometers. This year the organizers collected 18 million EURO, an all-time record for an area with just 6 million people.

Last week our R&D team participated in a competitive Go Kart racing event at Speed Raceway, Cinnaminson, New Jersey. This was the team’s second annual Go-Kart event in a row and they absolutely loved it.
