💥 We've finally opened our new office in Munich and it's already been a huge success! After considering many options, we realized that flexibility and #scalability were key things we needed in an office space. That's why we decided to partner with Design Offices in their new #coworking location at Königsplatz in Munich 👑 With the intention of providing more flexibility to our employees, we believe that this setup will most benefit a work-life balance. Not to mention that we now have access to several locations all around Germany! We are super excited about this new phase of our journey - come by and get a coffee with us! 🚀
It finally happened! Demodesk's first offsite in Ericeira, Portugal! Having such a diverse team, we decided to structure the whole off-site around strengthening our #culture. This is such an important topic for us... So, we brought everyone together to share feedback and help build an even better environment that we can thrive in. It was amazing to see everyone building such strong connections (and pulling out their crazy dance moves). 💃 Thanks to Surf Office for helping us plan such an amazing event and to the Demodesk team for being simply AWESOME!

Not only are we back at the office, but our first Demodesk All-hands & Summer Party was a blast! We want to thank everyone who came out! It was so nice to see the team get fired up about achieving new milestones together. Shout out to Twostay for helping us make this event a reality. P.S. We all took covid safety measures into account and tested everybody with and without vaccinations before the event to keep everybody safe and healthy!
What does it mean to be a Figma God? We asked our Design Lead, Miroslav Horňák, this last week. Every other Wednesday we hold Knowledge Sharing Sessions at Demodesk - what are they? Simple as that: a moment where we share knowledge with the rest of the team and foster the exchange across departments! We believe that collaboration is key to creating winning product designs. This is why Miroslav held the very first workshop on how to be a great designer and create amazing collateral while sticking to our new branding.
We did it! We did it! 🙌 Despite the travel challenges faced due to Covid, the Revenue Team still managed to meet up in our Munich office and rock their onsite! This was the first opportunity for them to get together, get some face time, and have key workshops on messaging, deal diagnostic, and objection handling! All of this, while enjoying some healthy competition at the laser tag gallery ⚔️ At Demodesk we take team face time very seriously. That's why we have a budget allocated to that! Three offsites a year to conduct workshops and foster team bonding! Who wants to join us at the beach? 🏖️
Last week the Leadership Team met for the very first time in person in the beautiful German Alps! ⛰️ This was the first opportunity for all of them to get together, spend time getting to know one another, and discuss important strategic topics face to face! All of this while enjoying the beautiful Bavarian countryside! 🥨 Demodesk is growing fast, and we aim to become the #1 customer meeting platform for sales and success teams. May that be close to our hubs in Munich, London, San Francisco, or fully remote on a beach. 🏢 Role of the Office 🏢 Everybody is welcome to come to any office at any time. Since we have people who prefer working from the office over working from home you can get a dedicated desk if you commit to being in the office at least 60% of the time on average. 🏖️Company Offsite 🏖️ To build strong relationships and foster team building and establish a strong company culture we’re super excited for our very first annual Company Offsite that is about to take place on a sunny European island in the Mediterranean Sea. 🤝Team Face Time 🤝 We believe it’s necessary to have regular facetime. This is why you’ll have a budget for travelling to the office on a regular basis or hosting get-togethers / on-site work weeks with your team!
