On this episode of The Shape of Work Podcast, we are joined by Ashwathy Philip, a People Operations Partner at Drivetrain- a platform that empowers businesses to reach their goals through financial planning and strategic decision-making, enabling them to grow and achieve their targets with a sense of predictability and control. Ashwathy began her career in 2015 in the social impact sector, managing multiple areas and serving as an HR manager for an NGO. After gaining three years of experience in that role, she moved on to WeWork, where she took on responsibilities for operations. Following a year and a half-break, Ashwathy returned to work with a small NGO, where she established HR processes and policies. In May 2021, she joined Drivetrain as the head of People Operations, where she is responsible for overseeing compliance, employee welfare, and engagement. Throughout her career, Ashwathy has had a focus on social impact and human resources.
