Built on vision-language models and trained on billions of square feet and acres of real-world construction data, Progress AI is capable of identifying installed work, sequencing progress by trade and location, and generating percent‑complete dashboards—all without needing BIM or schedule files. Stakeholders can now interact via voice or chat—for example, asking, “How far along is drywall on Level 4?”—and get real answers fast. Users say Progress AI acts like “an extra superintendent” that captures everything, sees everything, and analyzes everything. Progress AI is available now in early access, with general rollout planned for October 2025.
