In 2013, the world created as much data as in all of the previous history. The trend continues even today. The cumulative nature of knowledge means previous knowledge in any discipline becomes outdated rapidly. This has posed a serious problem - we need to update and upgrade ourselves constantly to stay relevant in our trades. This is where technological intervention is required... and a change in our attitude. Mindless accumulation of knowledge won't help in solving problems anymore. Instead, we need to take an approach backed by intellectual reasoning and critical thinking. #IntellectuallyFierce #AIinEducation

I’ve met many people who pretend to be someone else, act overtly sweet and play politics or are territorial about their work. They have never lasted long. When I was 22, I participated in an AIMA conference on Transformation Through the People, For the People. During the keynote a well known Indian business leader said - “we at have institutionalised anonymous feedback to ensure we keep listening to people.” I asked him after - “ Sir, would you not even accord the people the dignity of having an option to add their name and stand by their beliefs” Embibe recently did a survey for women colleagues to understand their perspective on professional progression. While there was an option to be anonymous, 92% of ladies used their name and gave us some amazing feedback. #opposingideas and #thoughts help the team grow.
