We are searching for a Project Accountant to join our Finance team in Boulder, CO. This role will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable as well as processing of vendor and sub-consultant invoices, in-house check requests and perform additional day-to-day general accounting functions. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance. Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable including: receiving, reviewing, coding and processing of vendor and sub-consultant invoices, in-house check requests, and ensure payments are processed in a timely manner. Reconcile vendor, sub-consultants statements. Compare invoices against executed agreements and work authorizations for accuracy. Maintain filing systems, prepare general ledger journal entries, assist with Microsoft Dynamics SL issues including running queries and reviewing project transactions, maintain fixed asset and related depreciation schedules, analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, and other duties as needed.
