GL Homes to be honored at the 31st Annual Legal Aid Society’s Recognition Evening! GL Homes will receive The Suzanne Foley Serving Justice Award for the company’s work with the clients of the Legal Aid Society’s Guardian Advocacy Project (GAP). The GAP program serves developmentally disabled young adults who have no family to care for them and are unable to live independently. GL Homes is a strong supporter of the Legal Aid Society’s efforts. These young adults would have no place to call home without the Legal Aid Society’s care and intervention.
2019 Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz Corporate Run! On Thursday, April 4th GL Homes participated in the 2019 Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz Corporate Run. In total, there were 8,668 participants from 280 companies. Team GL Homes was made up of about 48 team members from corporate, PB and even Port St. Lucie. It was a lot of fun and, once again, we took first place in the Shirt Contest for Most Creative Use of City Landmarks!
Port St. Lucie High School Students Get In On The Ground Floor At Valencia Cay! GL Homes hosted 24 Port St. Lucie High School students for a hard hat tour of Valencia Cay at Riverland. These high school juniors and seniors participate in their school’s construction and drafting program. GL’s Director of Construction Joe Stein gave the students an in-depth tour, showing them the different stages of building a house from start to finish.

As a longtime supporter of The Lord's Place, GL Homes focuses its time and resources to help break the cycle of homelessness. The GL Homes team once again volunteers at SleepOut and encourages other corporations to join them!
