Some highlights from our February market update: 762,000 new homes were sold in 2021; the #semiconductorchip shortage continues and is expected to persist into 2023; and to keep up with increased demand for containers, factories are expected to create 5.4 million 20-foot equivalent units of containers in 2022 (compared to 2.8M produced in 2019).
