GrowthZone is committed to a work/life balance for all of our employees. As part of our commitment we now offer flexible/compressed work schedules that meet our employees needs. Employees can work with their individual managers to increase daily work hours to 9 or 10 hours and reduce working hours on a day of their choice. We believe this will help employees work at times they are most productive, and take time off when they most need it.
