The St. Paul Construction team are nearing completion on Phase 3 of the University of Minnesota: Andrew Boss Meat Lab project. Over the course of this phase, the team designed a detailed fabrication plan and maximized labor to install five air handling units and remodel two basement mechanical rooms, basement offices, locker rooms, meat-processing spaces, a second floor lab and office spaces, and a roof-level penthouse.
