Harris recently completed a crane lift of a roof top unit (RTU) for a customer. The upgrade included replacing a 40-ton RTU, along with a full BAS upgrade to the building and installing Telemetry. With Telemetry installed, we will be able to proactively monitor and “score” the HVAC equipment to help identify areas of improvement and potential equipment issues.
