Congratulations to the first Headlam Trainee Fitters who have completed their training programme and are ready for their first flooring jobs. This initiative has been an incredibly successful programme for the young fitters, the industry, the colleagues taking them on and, of course, us. Thank you to our training suppliers ARDEX UK , Polyflor Ltd , F. Ball and Co. Ltd., Mapei (UK) Ltd, Unilin , Tarkett and UZIN UK - who have given the fitters the best training and kick-started their flooring careers. Thank you also to John Clark, our Transformation Director, who spearheaded this initiative. We’re committed to the future of the flooring industry and are looking forward to our second programme later this year.
