Re-Becoming: A HomeRise film. This is a 26-minute documentary film to reintroduction the work we do in this community and to the public. It features the voices and stories of our residents alongside staff through many parts of our organization. The film premiered recently at a fundraising event with sponsors, donors, as well as our HomeRise board members and other key stakeholders. The feedback we received was extremely positive given how it highlights the powerful and impactful work we do every day. We hope you take some time watch it and how honored HomeRise is to be apart of this amazing city with some amazing people.

Our staff members bring a wide variety of experience and a commitment to our mission-driven work. As an organization, we are committed to learning from the insight and talents of our residents who have experienced homelessness, and hire extensively from the community we serve. Many of our staff have graduated from our job training programs. Each of our more than 200 dedicated staff members within 17 buildings and three administrative offices across San Francisco play a critical role in keeping our doors open and programs running. Working together as one collective team, we advocate, we build community, and we create opportunity – to pave the way for a brighter future for the city we love.
