IDEX corporate employees from the Northbrook and downtown Chicago offices, competed against each other this month to purchase holiday gifts online for local children who have experienced trauma. In less than three weeks, more than 150 corporate team members and their family members donated more than 500 gifts, which were delivered straight from retailers to Kids Above All for distribution.!

IDEX Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Nexsight, LLC and its market leading businesses – Envirosight, WinCan, MyTana and Pipeline Renewal Technologies (PRT). The acquisition will complement and bolster existing IDEX business units iPEK International GmbH and ADS Environmental Services, which design and create sewer crawlers, inspection and monitoring systems, and software applications that allow teams to identify, anticipate and correct wastewater system issues remotely.
IDEX’s Accelerating Management Potential (I-AMP), recently partnered with Advanced Thin Films (ATF) to provide new furniture for the Boulder Bridge House Ready to Work (RTW) facility in Colorado. At the event, 24 employees from ATF helped remove, disassemble, and replace more than 40 dressers and nightstands for members of the RTW facility! The I-AMP cohort capstone team planned and organized a two-day event to build replacement furniture for RTW, but only needed a day to complete the project.

The team at IDEX INDIA recently completed the installation of rooftop solar panels, which now source more than 10% of the company’s electricity needs. Team members celebrated the install with a blessing of the control panel, decorating it with marigold flowers. Marigold flowers are often used in Indian culture because they represent the sun, symbolizing brightness, and positive energy.
