This year we introduced a new team benefit of £150 per year to spend on physical health! Talent Partner, Corina Hawkins, used hers to kick start her training and with the help of PT, Patricia VanHelsdingen, is building her strength back up. ‘This is such a great benefit! I also love the flexibility of being able to train at the gym during quiet times, and it’s part of my performance appraisal with my manager where we set well-being goals, and I set the number of gym visits I do per week. I love that Immersive Labs cares about optimising my performance holistically, knowing my well-being is something they also have a vested interest in makes me feel cared about as a human being.’ Want to come and join the team?
