After an internal survey of all current team members, InnoVision is proud to announce that we were listed as one of the Best Places to Work in SoCal, with a special recognition as a Best Places to Work for Recent Grads! This award was won through an anonymous survey by a third party, Best Companies Group, and we were thrilled to make it into the top 20 companies out of all of the applicants for the Small Business category, coming in at #19!
We're getting ready to host the San Diego Business Chamber's "Networking After Five" event at our building. We're very honored to be chosen as a host, and excited to share our building with a great set of professionals! Before we moved in to this building it was full of cubicles and closed offices. We renovated it completely, taking down all of the walls in favor of an "open office" concept. Most of the new walls we put up are glass so that we can all easily collaborate and interact with each other on a daily basis.
With our 8th Anniversary quickly approaching in February, we're looking back on this past year and all of the accomplishments and milestones we've hit: Our CEO, Ric Militi, was selected as one of the top 500 Most Influential People by the San Diego Business Journal, our Vice President of Finance, Monetta Allison, was selected as one of the Most Influential Women in Accounting for 2019, AND InnoVision was selected as one of the Best Places to Work in San Diego. On top of all that, we've grown our company and team culture by leaps and bounds. We're on a fantastic path, and we're looking forward to see what our 9th year in business holds for us!
