Integration Consulting is honored to announce a new area: Sustainability. #Sustainability is a topic that is rapidly gaining importance in the business world. Society is evolving and entering a decade of action to address the critical sustainability issues, and so are we. Today, we are launching our Sustainability Competence Center as we believe sustainability is key to business success. This is not just an additional service we are offering, but fundamental to how we support our clients to address their challenges. We are embedding social and environmental dimensions in all of our projects, not only to address the risks, but more importantly to realize the many opportunities it brings – for our planet, our society, and companies at the same time. We are available to you to share insights and support you as you embed sustainability into your business strategy.
From analysts to partners: our new leaders! At Integration, we began 2020 with some exciting plans. Although we are all experiencing the difficulties brought by the pandemic, Integration would like to announce some good news: the promotion of two new Partners, João Barros and Roger Saltiel. João and Roger have both spent most of their careers at Integration, based in our Brazilian operation whilst serving and developing solid relationships with clients in several countries. For Integration, it is an honor to count on them as new members of our global team of partners. The official invitation to become a partner was a surprise for them! A few partners and some family members were present at an intimate and special gathering. It was a moment that will remain in our memories forever, and one that we would like to share with you here! Since our founding 23 years ago in Sao Paulo, we have delivered projects in more than 70 countries, through a network of 300 consultants across eight offices in Europe, and North and South America. In 2018, we took the next step in establishing ourselves as an international player by launching our U.S. Operation, with our first office in San Francisco. This is a special moment for Integration as it marks a significant milestone in our growth as a global company. The U.S. Operation is led by Director Rodrigo Pasianotto, who has an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. For Rodrigo: “It means something to operate in the ‘home of consulting.’ The launch of the U.S. Operation is a great opportunity for Integration to deliver projects at a global level.” Integration’s San Francisco office is located at 4 Embarcadero Center, Suite 1400, San Francisco, CA.
