The U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) OASIS+ is a best-in-class, government-wide suite of contracts designed to streamline the procurement of complex professional services across all federal agencies. This multiple-award IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract has no maximum dollar ceiling. In her role, Peterson will oversee IW’s cybersecurity and national security-focused programs, bringing her extensive experience in program and project management to lead high-impact initiatives for executive-level clients. With over twenty years of experience in the military and consulting sectors, Ingrid Peterson brings a unique blend of expertise to her new role at Intelligent Waves. Her previous roles in the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community, including a leadership position at Guidehouse, have equipped her with the skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver on critical missions. A veteran of the United States Navy, Peterson served for eight years as a naval flight officer, conducting intelligence missions with Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron Two. (VQ-2) and managing intelligence analysts at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). At IW, Peterson will lead efforts in the program and project management services, focusing on strategy development and operations for executive clients. Her expertise will support IW’s mission to deliver innovative, secure solutions that meet client objectives and ensure alignment with national security goals.

Meet Randall Wingert, or “Griff” as many at Intelligent Waves (IW) know him. A former Intel Analyst in the US Air Force, Griff joined IW in October 2020 as the Program Manager for our Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services Contract in Kuwait. A good portion of his days are spent coordinating with customers across CENTCOM to provide DTCS radios. An avid learner and student, not only did Griff earn his PhD in Counterinsurgency Warfare during Covid, he also spent the last few years learning Spanish and how to play the violin. Meet Sara Feistamel! An Air Force Veteran, Sara joined Intelligent Waves in February 2023, first as a Flight Data Analyst and now working as a Network Administrator in Fairbanks, Alaska. In her role, Sara has traveled to several other Air Force bases throughout the US and Japan to stand up new equipment, maintain network connectivity, and improve their security posture. A perk of traveling is getting to shop at Target since she doesn’t have easy access to one in Alaska and meeting coworkers at the other sites. In her free time, you can find Sara reading a book or hanging out with her two Husky mixes, Luka and Echo, always with a Dr. Pepper in hand.
