JumpCrew attended the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Nashville. It is such an important cause to support and we showed up to show our support.
This week we celebrated the return of football season! Tuesday was college day, Wednesday is NFL day, and Thursday is just represent and show off your all time favorite sports team! Nashville is a transplant city, so it is fun to see where all our coworkers come from and the teams they love!
We are proud to share that JumpCrew is now 50% female! Given that the sales industry is male-dominated—with women typically representing only 29% of employees—we consider this to be a major achievement. We believe that gender diversity only makes our team stronger, and we encourage other companies to increase their female representation. All the faces you see in this post are JumpCrew team members, and we believe these women take us to the next level when it comes to generating and accelerating revenue for our clients.
We are proud to be recognized as one of The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® 2022 winners – our second year in a row!
