JumpStart Autism Center (JAC) has been proudly accredited as a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence since 2016. In 2021 JAC received a 3 year accreditation through the BHCOE, which is currently the highest accreditation awarded. We are looking for motivated individuals who share our commitment to making a difference in the lives of children with exceptional abilities. We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to work with our clients both in the home and at our center. The Behavior Technician provides high-quality treatment services based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, implementing behaviorally-based clinical protocols with fidelity, charting data and making data-based decisions within treatment sessions. Our Behavior Technicians work together with Clinical Assistants and Clinical Supervisors to teach children with ASD new adaptive skills (e.g., language, functional communication, functional play, pro-social behaviors, self-help, etc.). No prior experience is necessary. Specific training in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will be provided to all successful candidates.
